Other than custom orders everything is based on your approval after you get it.
The terms:
You have 7 days after you receive anything you have purchased to live with it. If you decide that it is not what you planned on it being you can return the item for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.
If you have purchased anything directly from us by credit card, check or money order the process is a bit different. Credit card charges are issued by a bank credit for the full amount of the purchase. Items paid for by check or money order will normally be a refund check from us for the amount of purchase.
"""Do not""" just send the item back. We will have no clue what is going on and at times there may need to be a different return address given to you since we may be at a different location. We will furnish you with full return shipping instructions on carrier, insurance and packaging.
General: A refund is only for the purchase price . We will not take responsibility for any other perceived loss or claim.
