Digital art simply means that a portion of the piece has been created on a computer. I segregate digital to mean work that is more than half created with the help of computer software.
Most of my digital pieces also incorporate fractal generators which are software tools that form graphic designs based on mathematical formulas. In addition to the digital work there has been considerable hand painting or drawing on most pieces. At times a painting has been combined with other computer tools to make the design by scanning a subject and then reworking from the computer screen.

Because of the digital format there is usually no "original" piece ... each print is the same as the first.
