This video presentation has
been
recorded to the highest quality
DVDR high speed archival AZO HD media however the disc may not play properly in older machines that cannot read DVDR. In rare
instances it may not play properly in new players that do not have firmware updates for
high speed DVDR "or" HD media but should be compatible
with all computer DVD drives. If you have any issue after getting the video you
can switch to the on-line class version or I will furnish a VCD that plays on
computers without a DVD drive and some versatile DVD players.
Computers need to recognize mpg files. Windows
2000's, XP and Vista do and will load the VCD automatically. Windows 95, 98 and ME can if upgraded with file types
that include mpg. Any media player that plays video will play the VCD such as
Winamp, Real Player, Windows Media Player or Quicktime. If you
have a Mac refer to your documentation
The VCD version is 352X240 but is high enough quality that it can be run at full
screen on a computer monitor or a large screen TV.
Instructions are also included on how to place the video mpg file on your
hard drive if you prefer.
To put this in perspective ... I have tested the DVD's and the
VCDs in different home DVD players. An example would be two totally different
machines ... one from Wal-Mart that was the cheapest they carry under $30.00 and
another 3 year old RCA high test system with surround sound etc. Both kinds of
media played fine on both units as well as every machine I have personally
tested. They also have played on every PC or laptop. However, I have had 2
customers report a problem with the archival DVD on a home system. One said it
would not play period and another said they needed to load it a couple of times
and then it was fine. Never have I heard of a computer problem with the DVD or
VCD.
A refund credit will be issued for the
difference in costs between the DVD and VCD or on-line class if you bought the
DVD and it does not work. Write me if you have a problem or
questions.
